SHIPPING / DELIVERY
- Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery. Including apartment number as applicable
- Customers are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving.
- All items orders will be delivered by either USPS or by DHL. A signature is required upon arrival. If no one is home, the package can be picked up at your local post office (bring ID).
- After payment is received it will go through a 24-48 hour processing period which starts the following business day. Once the Processing Phase is complete, please allow 3-5 days for arrival of merchandise.
- Customers will receive an email when their order is processed and shipped.
- Shipping is $12.00 per item ordered for all North America and Europe orders.
- Customers ordering outside of North America and Europe should contact us before ordering because in some cases the shipping prices may not be in the $12.00 category.
- Due to the amount of fraudulent orders we have been receiving we will ONLY ship to credit card holders address, UNLESS we are notified in advance. Thank you for your understanding..
RETURN POLICY
- We do NOT offer refunds on any products purchased. Exchanges can be made on defective or damaged merchandise, we do not offer color or style exchanges see below for further details.
- Acceptable reasons for an exchange: Factory defect, Wrong color/Size was sent, or any mistake made on behalf of us. Buyer will NOT be responsible for shipping costs in this case
- Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: Colors are darker/lighter than pictured, Item had minor color differences from the picture, Item does not fit, I would rather have a different item.
- Customers are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their products if they need to make an exchange.
- We do not accept damaged goods. Under no circumstances should a product be returned to the address label as that is the address of a shipping company and the transaction will not be refunded if you ship there. You must contact us for return requests.
- In the special case of an error the customer will be held responsible for a restocking fee per item.
- If you refuse the arrival of your package you will not receive your money back because the product will not come back to us. No further explanation or negotiations in regard to this matter.
- All sales are final. Please ask any questions you may have before ordering to prevent any problems. Thank You!
